About your trip

Nature never hurries, yet it is always on time.

Imagine waking up bathed in quietude, softness, and ease, welcoming the start of the seasonal new year surrounded in nature, and returning to your life with a restored spirit, clear mind, and full heart.   The Slow Medicine Spring Equinox Retreat is a 5 day, 4 night community-focused container where we gather to intentionally recalibrate and realign with nature's restorative medicine: the beauty of slowness and unfolding.

Gathering on 600+ acres of Tabahtea/Pomo land in the Anderson Valley, we will be soaking up the beauty at Whispertree: a retreat center whose values are centered around regenerative eco-systems, land stewardship, and restoration.

Our retreat culminates in the final evening's Burning Bowl Ceremony (and Silent Disco), where we'll be using our time together to reconnect and restore ourselves following the holiday season, to begin the joyful exploration of nurturing ourselves, and cultivate soul-aligned intentions for the year to come.

Come welcome the Spring Season re-centered, filled with clarity, and whole. For more details on accommodation options and photos, read more here.

Use the code EARLYBIRD for $200 off your reservation.  If you're bringing a friend (or two) and/or sharing a bed with someone you know, let me know and I'd be happy to share a discount with you all.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for the deposit will not be offered for any reason. (Full transparency, deposits cover operational costs for the retreat.)

Should you need to cancel prior to the February 12, 2025 deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment. Should you need to cancel on or after February 12, 2025, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full.

Life happens and we highly encourage purchasing travel insurance to support you in any unexpected circumstances you might encounter while traveling (like cancelled flights, medical issues, travel delays).
