Summary

Students Love Travel has been asked to offer travel insurance coverage for the Hampton Academy trip to Washington DC in May 2026. The coverage is through Travel Insured International, and it is the same coverage Students Love Travel provides for all student groups. 

The coverage through the Students Love Travel Protection Plan combined with the Voluntary Cancellation Protection Plan can be summarized as follows:

Trip Cancellation | Up to 100% of the non-refundable insured Trip Cost 

Cancel For Any Reason | Up to 75% of the non-refundable insured Trip Cost 

Baggage and Personal Effects | Up to $1,000 

Accident & Sickness Medical Expense | Up to $25,000 

Trip Interruption | Up to 150% of the non-refundable insured Trip Cost 

Trip Delay (of six hours or more) | up to $150 per day, to a maximum of $1,500  

Evacuation due to Natural Disaster or Political/Security  concerns | Up to $100,000 

Medical Evacuation | Up to $150,000

For a trip costing $1,185 the insurance premium for the combined coverage listed above is $80.00 per traveler. 

Payment

The premium payment may be made via WeTravel for a small fee, or payment may be made by check after registering. Please note the travelers name on the check and mail it to:
