2 days of diving

fue una gran experiencia, excelente organización, los buceos fueron increíbles, el trato de parte de la tripulación fue realmente bueno y la comida muy rica! 

Trip cancelled 16 hrs in advance by provider but only when we insisted on finally being told the meeting point. No chance to book an other tour. So once in a lifetime in Galapogos and no chance to see the islands. We strongly recommend to choose another provider.


360 SNORKEL TRIP

We saw everything as promised and felt very safe and comfortable on our drives. One of us has an air tank that was slipping out, and the guide checked in on us often enough that they were able to fix it right away. Definitely would book with them again.
My advice is to take the motion sickness meds ahead of time. The boat is not large and you definitely feel the chop on the trip out.

I was not able to scuba dive due to issues with equalizing so I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the trip. There could have been better snacks, too. 
Also, please have an option to opt out of reviewing this service/unsubscribe from emails. I don’t want to keep receiving spam for something I wasn’t really able to enjoy. 

Discovery Scuba diving and diving trip

We had a great dive experience and a bonus swim with an entire school of dolphins. It was a great trip and we saw amazing sea life!  Everything went very smoothly and they were very professional. Highly recommend.

Dive trip to Mosquera and Daphne

Kelly had an open water course and I dove with eagle ray for several days. The whole staff is very accomodating,they really went out of their way to make everything convenient for us. Knowledgeable,  safe, punctual , and affable. Many thanks to Alvaro, Fatima, Kevin, Daniel, Ronald , Maddie and everyone else. Keep up the good work you guys. PADI OPEN WATER COURSE AND 2 DAYS OF DIVING

Alvaro and other dive center staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the entire experience. We were impressed at the level of service, including staff taking our weight belts and tanks off for us as we boarded the dive boat following our dives. The snacks aboard the boat were delicious. The photos and videos of our dive were a very nice touch. We will certainly book with Eagle Ray Tours again if we return to the Galapagos.

2 days of diving for Jeff

We traveled to the Galapagos mid May. My husband and two adult children said this was hands down the best diving experience they have done ever and they have been on some pretty cool dives in the past. The staff (Madison and Alvaro) were fantastic. Super knowledgeable and attentive. They saw Hammerhead sharks(a whole school of them), Stingrays, a garden of eels and other sharks as well. It was an incredible day for them. Highly recommend this company for a diving excursion in the Galapagos. 

Diving Trip to Seymour Canal and Daphne

Amazing 2 tank dive.  Visibility was amazing.  Guides were attentive and safe.  We saw 3 types of sharks, including an incredibly large school of hammerheads (over 100).  We saw giant mantas, reef sharks, a million fish, large yellowfin tuna, it was incredible and well conducted.  Would absolutely dive with them again.

Super good experience! Nice instructors and a wonderful souvenir from Galapagos!

Diving trip to Gordon Rocks

Perfect dives with Eagleray (2 dives per day for 2 days and 2 persons).
First day in North Seymour and Mosqueira, and, second day in Gordon Rocks.
Good team, dive with confidence.

We vwent diving with Eagle Ray diving in August 2023 for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip. We had four very different fives and more wild life than we could imagine. Good guidance and good clips afterwards.

First time scuba diving for me and my wife. They took us to 2 great spots where we could practice the basic diving skills and still see a lot of sea animals. 
The instructors were there if you needed them, but also let us try to manage our own equipment autonomously when we got a little more proficient.
Overall a great experience! :)

Discovery Scuba Diving

Great diving spot with a lot of sharks, namely hammerheads. A lot of different rays and very interesting topography of the location.
The dive shop was very well organized with great guides and well maintained equipment. Nothing negative to add.
Highly recommended.

Diving Trip to Gordon Rocks

It was amazing, the scuba instructors were the best! All the equipment they gave us was in perfect conditions. I strongly recommend them! 

Eagle Ray tours were fabulous. My partner and I had 2 days diving with them at North Seymour and Gordon Rocks. My partner was an experienced diver and I was completing my qualifying 2 days Open Water dives. They did really well to meet both of our needs.
The crew are really helpful & friendly, the kit great, English was easily spoken, the other people (about 6) on the boat were good company and we were very well looked after. Plus it was great to get videos/ photos of our dives afterwards.
I'd highly recommend

Did 3 days of 2 tank morning dives with Alvaro and Eagle Ray divers in August 2023. 5mm wetsuits, all rental scuba gear and dive boat were fine. Gordon Rocks: deep dive (30m), not great visibility on our dives (10m), but saw schooling hammerheads (50-100), turtles, white tip/black tip/Galapagos sharks. Gordon Rocks sire in an old caldera with some strong currents and very choppy waters, consider sea sickness meds. Daphne Minor: better visibility (15m+) calmer conditions than Gordon Rocks, many closeup passes by mantas, swimming through bait ball of 100s of black/white striped fish, buzzing sea lions, a few white tips sharks, one of the most magical dives I've ever done (2000+ dives). North Seymour/Mosquera: decent vis (15m+), lots of white tips,, Galapagos shark, garden eels. OK dive but not nearly as memorable or interesting as Gordon Rocks or Daphne Minor. 

Eagle Ray operation is great. All dives start from north end of Santa Cruz island. A taxi picks you up from your Puerto Ayora accommodations and takes you to/from Baltra ferry dock (taxi included in dive price). Alvaro (owner/dive master) is great at finding critters and films everything with a GoPro so you have videos/photos of your dive (bring an SD card or USB transfer cable for your phone). Boat operations are very efficient, they get you in/out of the water quickly. In between dive snack of pastries/bread, fruit, and hot drinks. We had larger chaotic surface chop at Gordon Rocks (0.5-1 m) so it was interesting getting back on the boat. Due to the currents, depth and surface chop, I would not recommend a Gordon Rocks dive for beginning divers.  

5 stars all the way for this dive company. I've been diving for 19 years around the world and this dive company was the most professional and thorough company I have dealt with. They reviewed the dive site and safety protocols before the dive, rehearsed safety in the water at the start of the first dive, and then served us delicious fruit and pastries with coffee and tea during our surface interval. The dive crew was polite and friendly and made diving very easy and most of all safe. I would highly recommend this company to dive with in the Galapagos.

We had a grate Time. We saw many submarin species. The food was good and the guide and the crew were very kind. It was an unforgetable experience.

Eagleray is a class act. Professional dive company giving great predive prep and good review for my 2 adult sons who haven’t dive a lot.  The rental equipment were of top notch quality and the dive masters was great. They also gave us photos and videos the dive master took at no extra charge. And at the end of the trip they took us to a restaurant for lunch that was included in the dive package.  The food was great. Thanks for a great day of diving.

Remaining for Gustavo

The diving at North Seymour was very good and we saw lots of manta rays and black tipped sharks. We did 2 dives at Gordon Rocks and the first one was difficult due to the downward current and limited visibility. The second dive was better as we were able to combat the current by staying close to the rocks and we were rewarded by seeing a group of hammerhead sharks. Special thanks to our instructor Leo and the boat crew who were very helpful and looked after us well. I would thoroughly recommend diving with Eagleray Tours as they were very professional and their equipment was well maintained.

ELEARNING PADI OPEN WATER  COURSE

We went on two trips with Eagle Ray tours. They were fantastic!  Alvaro, the owner is so responsive. He helped with  recommendations and set us up with an amazing crew!  The boats and equipment are well kept.  The staff are fun and made us feel safe. The free video and picture downloads are icing on the cake!  We swam with the hammerheads and they were so peaceful. Our trip of a lifetime was perfect in part thanks to Eagle Ray tours.

It was a great experience. Great team, they were Al very nice and Welcoming. The boat was super clean and comfortable. The instructors were very nice and patience, they really know the place and know we’re to show you to get the most of it. They were very puntual in every pickup. I loved it

PADI OPEN WATER COURSE

We had an awesome time, stayed for one week on 2 different islands, with every day an organised tour. All as promised, nice guides, nice boats (very nice boats sometimes) and good food. Thank for all Alvaro!
