This was an amazing tour and was catered to my needs. Alan was great and accommodating. We arrived at opening time for the site before it got too crowded. I had previously done a group tour to Chichen Itza and it was not at all informative compared to the guide I had with this tour. I learned a lot more from the Chichen Itza guide Joel and was better able to understand the importance of the site .

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish! Mexico Highlights communicated the details of the trip very well, and sent reminders when appropriate. Our guide Julio was a genuine and caring local who was very accommodating in providing a unique and individualized experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the sites we visited and the history of the ancient cities. It was like having a local and informed family member along for the trip. We took a couple of small detours at our request to see other areas and Julio knew just where to go. I was originally interested in only the Chitzen-Itza leg of the tour, but the cenote and the old Spanish Villiage with lunch at a local restaurant were both parts I would visit again. This is definitely the company to use for any adventure, and I will trust them with our next adventures in Mexico!

We had a private tour of 2 beautiful cenotes. They were totally different from each other. Our driver, Eduardo (Angio) and our guide, Alan, were absolutely amazing! They gave us so much history of the Mayan culture and of the area and answered all of our questions. They were flexible and tailored the day to meet our needs. The trip was beyond our expectations and I highly recommend!

Thank you to our tour guide Alan for such a wonderful experience! Everything was exactly as promised: we were picked up on time by our private guide, drove to the lagoon and later to the cenote. All the while, our guide was super friendly, explained a lot about Tulum, its people and traditions, and even took some amazing photos of us.
