This Trip is for current members of Austin Skiers only, or those that have reciprocal status when it becomes available.  Registrations made by anyone outside of these options will be cancelled unless the requirements (membership or reciprocity) are met within 24 hours of notification by the Trip Chair.   

All Trip Pricing is per person and is ground only with add-on's for Club Air, Single Supplement (Private room) and Group Ski Lifts (when available).  Note that due to the trend of more Club members choosing to book their own air, the Club is only booking a limited amount of air seats.  If you do not book the Club air, you are responsible for being at the airport in time for the Club organized transfer, if you wish to take it.  Alternatively you can organize your own transport to the Club accommodations.

$300 is due upon booking.

$500 (+ Airfare) due on Oct. 5th (Single Supplement $1000).

Trip Balance due on November 15th.

Due to Member requests, we no longer include the credit card fee in the trip pricing but allow members to choose their method of payment. If a credit card is used, the fees will be charged to the member on checkout and if ACH is chosen, there are no extra fees.

Payments will be auto-billed to the same payment card or ACH used to sign up for the trip, according to the schedule above. Registrants may change/update their credit card or ACH info on file at anytime in their payment settings of WeTravel.

Cancellations:

Up until the second payment is due, the cost of cancellation is $100. These fees are to defray expenses in trip registration. 

After the second deposit/payment date, the Club reserves the right to withhold all deposits & payments made according to the payment schedule (including trips paid in full) until it can be determined what costs the Club will incur due to the cancellation. The second deposit date correlates directly to the contracted guaranteed room count.  Once unrecoverable expenses are determined, Austin Skiers will return the portion of the payment that can be recovered, less the $100 cancellation fee to the cancelling member. The Club will do its best to make any refunds as quickly as possible, but may not be able to issue such refunds until after the trip is complete.

Snowmass is an IKON Pass Destination - An IKON pass is typically your best option if you are planning multiple IKON destinations this season. The IKON Base Pass allows 5 days at Snowmass (but not the other Aspen ski resorts). Buy the full IKON Pass if you want to ski all 6 days, or if you want to ski at Aspen, Aspen Highlands, or Buttermilk.

If this is your ONLY IKON Trip - 4, 5 & 6 day group lifts are available if you choose not to purchase the IKON pass. Lift tickets for non-pass holders will be available as an add-on as follows (Adult/Senior):

4 days - $444/$374

5 days - $593/$467

6 days - $740/$561

We Travel has a live itinerary feature where you can have all trip info in one place available on your phone!  With their App you can download trip details to your phone and see up to the minute changes on flights and other added info. To access this option, you first need to download the app called "My Trips" available on Google Play & Apple.

Once the App is downloaded, you can use the download feature found at the top right hand corner of the trip's page (Trip page is found on our Austin Skiers website). It will show a QR code to scan that adds the itinerary to your My Trips app.  All updates made to the itinerary by the trip chair will show in real time on the app!  The airline data is also linked to the airlines and will update any delays or schedule changes automatically.
