You are invited to join Rebecca for her annual Yoga Retreat to Hot Springs & Redwoods: a place where ancient trees, mineral waters, slow mornings and starry nights create the conditions for deep rest and renewal. Over this long weekend, you’ll be guided through daily yoga (a morning practice that is soulful and sweaty, and an afternoon practice that is gentle and restorative), nourished by healthy and delicious meals, and indulge in ample time to soak in the healing hot springs, wander barefoot among the giant Redwood trees, connect with other like-hearted people in community, and experience the inner quiet that comes from time spent in solitude and connection with yourself.
This retreat weaves together movement, contemplation, healing sound and live music, nourishing meals, shared ritual, and unstructured time to rest, reflect and simply soak it all in - nature, presence, and community.
Rebecca is known for creating a welcoming and inclusive container that balances structure with spaciousness, inviting each participant to slow down, reconnect, and soak it all in…. leaving feeling grounded, clear, refreshed, and deeply restored.
