About your trip

Year-Round Scenic Tours
Your ultimate Wild Baja adventure begins with takeoff from the La Paz International Airport, soaring on a panoramic scenic flight over untamed desert landscapes, rugged mountains, and over to the wild Sea of Cortez—an aerial journey that sets the stage for a once-in-a-lifetime expedition.

Lopez Mateos Seafari
Land in Lopez Mateos and transfer to the pangas for an intimate two-hour marine wildlife seafari experience. Explore the bay and mangroves with anticipation of encountering marine mammals, coastal birds, and more.

Led by Panterra naturalist Lela Sankeralli and Chief Pilot Siddhartha Velázquez Hernández, this expedition blends aviation, natural history, and wildlife expertise. It is more than a trip, this is a bucket-list sky-to-sea adventure—wildlife, wonder, and discovery at every turn.

Please note:
1. Guests meeting at the airport are required to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

2. Weather or natural conditions may require schedule adjustments. An alternate date within 2–3 days will be offered to ensure the full experience.

Disclaimer:

For guests with shellfish or seafood allergies, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur in any of the food provided on the trip. Please bring any medications you will require in the event of a reaction. If your seafood allergy is life-threatening or harmful enough to hospitalize you, we do not recommend this tour for you.

Your Captain and Expedition Aircraft

Capt. R. Siddharta Velázquez Hernández, former Mexican Air Force pilot and seaplane pioneer, is Chief Pilot for a corporation whose mission aligns with his philosophy—using aviation to promote tourism, support conservation, and preserve regional identity in Baja California Sur.

Your journey begins aboard the Cessna Grand Caravan 208B, a trusted and powerful aircraft designed for adventure without sacrificing comfort. Widely used for premium eco-expeditions and remote access flights, the Caravan is renowned for its smooth ride, reliability, and panoramic viewing. Each guest has their own window seat.

Configured in an exclusive executive layout for just 12 passengers, the cabin offers generous legroom, comfortable seating, and an intimate, uncrowded atmosphere—ideal for relaxed travel and scenic flights.

To enhance comfort even further, the aircraft is equipped with belly pods —external cargo compartments mounted beneath the fuselage. These pods securely store luggage and equipment outside the cabin, freeing up interior space so passengers enjoy a quieter, roomier, and more comfortable flight.

The result is a refined, efficient, and adventure-ready aircraft—perfectly suited for flying into non-commercial airstrips while keeping the experience smooth, spacious, and memorable.
