The Soft Reset Retreat is a tranquil, restorative experience designed to help you gently absorb and reflect on what this past year has revealed and prepare intentionally and soulfully for what’s ahead.

This isn’t about hustle or resolutions. It’s about pausing, breathing, and returning to yourself.

Over the course of the retreat, you’ll be invited to:


  • Rest deeply, giving your body and mind a break from the demands of daily life
     
  • Reset emotionally, through reflection, light movement, and guided journaling
     
  • Reconnect with yourself and others in a safe, supportive space
     

On this all-inclusive experience, you’ll enjoy slow mornings, peaceful surroundings, and sessions that guide you inward with care. Whether you’re releasing old weight, setting new intentions, or simply learning how to be still again, this is a sacred pause before the next chapter begins.

Bianca is also the creator of the Soft Healing Retreat, a tranquil experience designed to focus on rest, healing, and connection. Through her retreats, podcast, and creative projects, she fosters spaces for healing.
