*Breakfast
* Visit a dormant volcano on the island
* Visit the Bois Cherie tea plantation and factory, experience a tea tasing at the   end of the tour. We will eat lunch in an amazing local restaurant.
* Visit the natural beauties of the island:  Le Grand Bassin  & 23 Colors of Earth    Park and Baie du Cap (Viewpoint).
* Dinner on your own as you explore the area around the hotel and rest.

* Catamaran cruise to a private island  
* Snorkeling, beach fun and lunch on the private island for the  whole day
* Dinner on your own

*A slow start to the day, breakfast  and relaxing on the beach  by the hotel
* Visit a sugar factory and museum
* Visit a beautiful botanical garden
* Visit the Port Louis market
* Lunch is Dhall Puri , a national favorite  with Allouda, a national drink  

* Private speedboat tour on the East of the island
* Visit beautiful waterfalls and enjoy swimming in the clear waters
* Spend the rest of the day on a small island called Ile Aux Cerf. Here we will have a picnic lunch, swim in the lagoon, snorkeling and relaxing on the white sand beaches. 

* After Breakfast we head to the West side of the island
* Visit the Casela Safari and Bird Park
* Have lunch with a local family of the island, spend the rest of the day on the beach before heading back to the hotel

*After a late Breakfast, we head back  to the West side of the island
* Visit a salt plain and observe the salt harvesters
* Take a catamaran out to the  deep sea to see a grand sunset, enjoy snacks and drinks on the sunset tour
* For dinner we will enjoy famously delicious street foods 

* This last day is for the group to spend at their leisure.  As  group we can decided to go back to a spot on the island, stay and rest at the beach near the hotel or discover the  city.
* Pack up for the return home
* Farewell Dinner with the Sojourn group!
