A retreat designed to celebrate the beginning of summer — long, lingering days, salt on the skin, and the golden light of the Atlantic.

Throughout the week, you’ll be guided by three teachers, each bringing her own energy and sensitivity.
Niamh and Amelia, founders of Sol Studios, will lead the Pilates classes, while Alex will guide holistic experiences blending yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

The rhythm of the days invites you to slow down and reconnect:
morning walks to the beach, daily Pilates and yoga classes, mindfulness practices, breathwork, and meditation.
Workshops will punctuate the week — journaling, ceramics, and matcha (learning how to make your own plant-based milk) — alongside golden-hour sunsets, time to rest, and strolls into Ericeira, a laid-back surf town known for its cafés, coastline, and relaxed Atlantic spirit.

Meals are nourishing and generous, prepared with organic, locally sourced ingredients, and designed to support both the body and energy throughout the retreat. Thoughtful touches will enrich the experience, including Nagnata goodies and other beautiful surprises.
