Studies show that movement is one of the most healing and effective tools for releasing what you need to let go of energetically while boosting mood. Likewise, mindfulness has deep positive effects on the mind, body, and spirit.
On this retreat, we will move the body through dancing, stretching, practicing yoga, and exploring the beautiful Milos, Greece. We will also have some moments to reflect on the daily quote or poem that you’ll get each day.
You’ll also practice Resting, in the form of Restorative Yoga, or sitting quietly watching the waves and just breathing, or with a guided meditation.
