Solid Gold Yogi Spring Retreat upstate at the Outlier Inn in Woodbridge, NY ::: Friday, April 28th - Sunday, April 30th ::: 3 days, 2 nights full of restoration in nature as we transition with the Spring season.

Come to align your body, mind and spirit; reset and reconnect at this potent time of renewal.  Enjoy the pond, walks in the woods, communing with the farm animals, bonfires in the evenings, outdoor showers and sauna, hot tub soaks under the tree canopy and starry sky. 

Food
Share in delicious vegetarian meals full of nourishing seasonal foods, served in the communal outdoor kitchen. Our amazing chef Anne also owns a small family run mushroom farm near by and grows some of the most incredible mushrooms you've ever had.

Accommodation
There are many options ranging from camping to glamping to house sleeping. Choose depending on your preference - tiny house, vintage trailer, vanagon, small dome, guest house private room, or pitch your own tent!

If you are taking the bus -

On Friday there is a 10:15am (gets in at 12:05pm) or at 12:30pm (gets in at 2:20pm) into Monticello ($31 one way, $63 roundtrip) 

We will help coordinate car service from the bus station with Dara the owner of Upstate D Tours, 504.352.0043.  

Arrival / Departure times 

You may arrive anytime between 11am-2pm on Friday. The beginning of the day you can get settled in your accommodation, explore the grounds, visit the animals, rest. There will be a light lunch served around 1pm for anyone arriving early. The first class will be at 4pm so if you can't arrive until later that is fine too. On Sunday our last session will end at 2pm. You can let us know if you need to leave early or arrive late.
