Our shala for the week overlooks the jungle and ocean, where we will practice every morning and evening

Yoga sessions will include breath work, meditation, vinyasa flows, yin + restorative with reiki + reflexology

There will be held space for silence and journaling

Explore, commune, float in 80 degree ocean water, surf, relax under a waterfall

Receive integrated bodywork sessions from Holly Ledbetter throughout the week

All deposits are non - refundable. 

Cancellations with at least 30 days notice or more will be refunded (minus the deposit). All other cancellation requests or failure to attend the retreat will not be refunded, no exceptions.
