Once back at the estate, we gather for a late-night pizza party! Bring your own wine…the estate has amazing organic wines for purchase during your stay.
Regardless if you're a fan of truffles or not, once the 16th century tower of the village comes into view and you meet the working Lagotto Romagniolo dogs, you instantly feel the connection with the earth beneath your feet.
Find the truffles, eat the truffles on this delicious experience.
No new, white shoes please.
Return to estate and after a quick rest, our hosts present the winery workings, the family legacy, and a refreshing wine tasting.

Pisa Excursion: We like to think of Pisa as a Medieval city with Renaissance facade.
Pisa University, founded 1343, is the oldest university in Italy, as well as one of the oldest in Europe... college town? (yes, and more)
It's compact, but has lots to experience...so charge that camera.
Climb a leaning tower (one of the most famous church bell towers in the world) and walk the historic streets by the Arno River the knights had fought to protect or claim in days gone by.
Late lunch at the oldest trattoria in the city!
Breakfast an the go...it's delicious and an Insiders favorite
Enjoy your last sunrise over the rolling hills before check out and your transfer to Pisa International for flight home!
