Imiloa Institute in Costa Rica is a beautiful retreat center in the rainforest of Costa Rica where SoulShine recently offered a yoga & dance retreat. Beautiful setting and facilities serving all vegan food which was amazing. The SoulShine program offered many other fun opportunities like Qi Gong, and even a hip hop dance lesson. The staff of both Imaloa and the Soul Shine retreat leaders were exceptional. Than you for a great retreat!

Pure magic! Nurturing, restorative, eye-opening, and a "choose-your-own-level-of-adventure" kind of retreat! I'm so happy that I decided to take the plunge and be immersed in this intentional experience that encouraged everyone to be present and engage exactly how they are. Interesting people, beautiful accommodations, delightful food and fun activities -- everyone who went on this SoulShine retreat (especially at Imiloa) came back more connected, happy, and in awe of what's possible in their lives. I would tell anyone who is on the fence about booking this retreat to go ahead and DO IT!

It was incredible start to finish. Well organized. Perfect amount of activities and down time and they did a great job making everyone feel that we really could participate in any way we wanted. Imiloa is amazing. Food was amazing! Soulshine is so special and this trip is the perfect example of the supportive living environment Mare has created.

Amazing trip. Fabulous combination of movement, meditation, sound, community in a gorgeous setting with delicious food. I’m still zinging with the jungle energy.

What a wonderful, renewing experience. Mare, with her focus on people and details, really knows how to create a special memory. The jungle setting was amazing & I loved staying in the dome. So many special moments. The staff at Imiloa were a fantastic part of the trip as well and were thoughtful & kind. While I loved being with all the unique souls here and participating in all the interesting activities and classes, I most loved being immersed in nature. It was magnificent. Thank you for a wonderful adventure.
