Whether you are a beginner using somatics, or a more seasoned pro, this retreat is for you! Guided by Rory Sadhoff, Women’s Somatic Practitioner. For women only, this is a retreat to come and learn more about mind, body connection. You’ll receive a gift bag upon arrival. Daily practices including yoga, meditation, journaling, playing outdoors with gentle to moderate hiking, paddle boarding all to ground yourself. All-inclusive experience with airport pickup & dropoff, off property excursions, classes and meals by our private chef included. *airline tickets, spending money not included.
