- Kundalini YogaSprinkled into the schedule are Neil's thoughtful Kundalini sets that are carefully crafted to support the journey we are walking alongside each other.
- Ice Bath ExperienceBoost your resilience, recovery, immune system, and mood with a breathwork and cold plunge experience to feel fully alive! This workshop is of course optional, but we highly recommend participating.
- Rest and RelaxationWe weave in down time on our itinerary and encourage you to just be. There's boundless opportunity to relax at a dozen different spots on site, or you can schedule yourself a massage!
- Waterfall Clay CeremonyYou will explore communication without words as you enjoy the healing properties of the blue clay followed by a refreshing cleanse in the river
- Cacao CeremonyLed by a local guide with locally grown cacao. This 2 hour ceremony will connect us to our heart chakra and have us tapping into our true essence with the potent plant medicine of cacao.
- Closing Sunset CeremonyA magical sunset at the beach with a local artist guiding us through a labyrinth and mosaic, weaving together our entire experience and leaving us with peace & heart.

Chloë Craver has practiced and studied and taught yoga for over 10 years, with over 1000 training hours in a variety of styles and lineages, as well a Masters of Science in Herbal Medicine. This trip was extra special! There was so much held space for movement, personal expression, quiet moments, and energy exchange that honestly couldn’t have been any more meaningful. The retreat center with Chloe, Neil, and Carson created a refreshing atmosphere to just be nourished physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

This was such a fantastic trip! Chloe, Neil and Carson found just the right balance between our daily yoga practice and other ceremonies, waterfalls, workshops, breath-work and ice baths. The flow of the days were both restful and invigorating. It’s always a bit intimidating to go on a retreat by yourself, but I’m so glad that I did! There was such a beautiful sense of cohesion within our group. Everyone enjoyed our leisurely community meals. The food was delicious, abundant and beautiful! The staff and accommodations at Imiloa were top notch. There was such care and attention to every detail. I would highly recommend!

I knew this trip would be right for me - however, it was way more than I could ever imagine. Being high on the mountain in the Costa Rica jungle is magical. Chloe, Neil and Carson led me through a week of yoga, sound baths, rain, sunshine, food and extended my yoga family. A week that will continue to contribute in many ways to my life journey.

This retreat was one of the best weeks I’ve had in a long time. Chloe and Neil did an amazing job crafting a welcoming and freeing experience through the various classes, the atmosphere, and the community. I was pleasantly surprised by how close I grew to myself as well as all the people that attended the trip. Can’t wait till next year!

In the first few months of 2024 I listened to my intuition and followed my heart by signing up for a yoga retreat with Lotus Yoga Academy. I knew I would be traveling alone and was a little nervous, but it was hands down the best thing I’ve ever done. I never felt alone. I was surrounded by Love, friendship, community and unity.
I experienced true magic!!! The host (Chloe, Neil and Carson) were so knowledgeable and in tuned to everyone.
The jungle wrapped her arms around me and took me on a journey like none other.
Releasing, receiving, healing, vibing, nourishing, empowering, are just a few of the adjectives I experienced while on this amazing trip hosted by these guys.
Thank you for allowing me to take this journey with you, it was such an honor to be in your presence’s and create a community of love and friendship I will never forget.
