Soul Awake Retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself.
Held during the final weekend of winter, this three-day yoga retreat offers a gentle pause between seasons. It’s a chance to intentionally step away from daily routines and habits, to rest deeply, reconnect inward, and create space for what’s ready to bloom. As winter fades, you’re invited to awaken grounded in who you are—rooted, renewed, and open to what’s unfolding. Here, every movement, breath, and reflection is an intentional act of tending to your soul and honoring your truest self.
Set within the rolling countryside and historic charm of The Glasbern Inn in Fogelsville, PA, Soul Awake blends wild & free power yoga with intentional rest, self-discovery, and connection. Surrounded by nature and a rustic, cozy atmosphere, you’ll be guided to move boldly, breathe deeply, and root into yourself—finding strength and resilience along the way.
Each day includes a thoughtful balance of energizing power flow and candlelit yin, along with curated workshops designed to build strength, confidence, and inner freedom. Expect music-driven movement, moments of intentional stillness, and unhurried space to simply be—allowing the shift from stillness to growth to unfold naturally.
Soul Awake is for those ready to step off autopilot and return to themselves—showing up unapologetically you, with an open heart and a deeper trust in your own becoming. Alex Mosenson
Owner and founder of Salt Art Gallery in Hershey, PA. Alex is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher trained through Wild & Free Power Yoga in Elizabethtown, PA, under the guidance of Jesse Cassady (The Grateful Yoga), Lindsay Helt, and Jonah Kest.
Part ringmaster, part artist, part yoga instructor—and entirely herself—Alex approaches the mat as a place to release the weight of the world, gain physical strength, and cultivate mental clarity. Her classes are infused with joy, curiosity, and a playful sense of freedom, creating a space where you are invited to move, breathe, laugh, and connect—exactly as you are. Her favorite motto? “The more, the merrier”—whether it’s bringing people together to move, eat, dance, or simply celebrate life.
Alex found yoga as a refuge amidst the chaos of motherhood and life, and quickly found healing in both the sweat and the stillness. Her greatest passion is connecting with others through movement, art, laughter, and love. In her classes, creativity and play are never off-limits—whether it’s in a challenging flow, a shared moment of stillness, or a burst of music-driven joy. Stick around if you’re into sweat, art, and laughter as lifelines in the midst of everyday chaos.
