Meet Samantha

As a Certified Divine Purpose Life Coach, Intuitive Certified Reiki Practitioner and Certified Sound Healer, Samantha Soulshine (Jemilo) help beings connect with themselves on a deep, soul level. Samantha is nurturing, intuitive, and compassionate and helps others alter their lives through connection and coaching, group work, affirmation discovery, Reiki, sound healing, movement, simple breathwork, oracle card guidance, and intention setting. Samantha helps beings dis-cover their limiting beliefs, and authentic self and connect with their inner child. She believes through these modalities, we can break through years of conditioning and break open what sets our soul on fire. Samantha believe support is necessary, we all need it. Support through life changes, support with setting and meeting goals, support throughout life events in general. We can support ourselves but we also could use a hand, an ear, a shoulder sometimes, as well. Samantha is a mother of three and a trauma survivor (adoption, domestic violence, physical/sexual assault), therefore she knows that days can be dark and difficult. However, I also know you can find the light within yourself to continue and to live your best life, the life that is waiting for you.

Meet Sarah

I practice and teach because yoga gives permission to be yourself, uncovered, and beautifully raw.  I love the honesty of the yoga practice and how it demands self acceptance, which is truly the heart of this practice.   I have been leading retreats which range from traditional yoga and adventure retreats since 2019.  These events are designed to assist you in cultivating a deeper connection with your inner wisdom, empowering you to live your life intentionally.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2015, gaining certification in 2016 from Moksha Yoga in Chicago.  I have continued to expand my knowledge through training, having accumulated over 1,300 hours of training. My mission in this community is to make the world of yoga more accessible to all through classes and events.  Showing students this is a practice to access the language of the heart not about touching your toes.

Deposit and Refund Policy

Your $500 deposit is non refundable and is due at the time of booking. You may request a partial refund of 50% of your complete booking until January 18 2024. This is to ensure that your hosts can still run the retreat for the others who have booked without incurring a financial loss.

This retreat requires a minimum of 10 participants to run. In the event that the hosts cancel the retreat due to lack of interest or person reasons you will be fully refunded. In the event of unforeseen circumstances like those of 2020 we will work with our rental host to issue you a full refund, if one is not given to us you will receive a credit for a future event.

I began practicing yoga in 2006 while I was expecting my first daughter. That initial experience of self love and fully being present in my body, even with all of the crazy changes was truly profound! Since then I have found that a practice guided by my own intuition and the principals of the 8 limb path of yoga provides me with a deeper understanding of myself. I practice and teach because yoga gives you permission to be yourself, uncovered, and beautifully raw. I love the honesty of the yoga practice and how it demands self acceptance, which is truly the heart of this practice. As a Yoga Teacher I've been teaching yoga since summer of 2015, gaining 200 hour certification in 2016 from Moksha Yoga in Chicago, completing the program with more than 700 hours of training. Training with yoga masters like Gary Kraftsow and Aadil Palkhivala. My mission as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher is to help make the world of yoga more accessible to all students.

I’m so very glad I was able to go on this Olympic Washington retreat. It was my first trip to Washington. Our accommodations were spectacular our very own house that sat on several acres with a trail that led to a labyrinth. The food was nourishing and delicious. The activities were well planned and Sarah was there every step of the way to offer encouragement and cheerleading. The yoga and meditation were rejuvenating and restorative. I would recommend if you haven’t been on one of her retreats GO!

I had an amazing experience on my yoga retreat in Glacier. The house we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and on a small private lake. I felt so pampered to have healthy delicious meals prepared daily. Sarah led the retreat and did an amazing job. She is a wonderful yoga instructor and guide. She made accommodations for all levels in our group. An all around fantastic getaway.
