Lodging - Private Villa

Stay in a private peaceful villa with extensive views. Rooms are shared, with 2-3 women per room.

Day 1

Day 1 image

Arrival and Grounding

6:00 pm – Welcome, Setup, and Room Assignments
Welcome! When you arrive, we’ll help you get settled into your room and give you a quick tour of the villa. 


6:30 pm – Dinner and Introductions
Enjoy a delicious dinner made with fresh, nourishing ingredients. This is a chance to connect with the group, and share a bit about yourself.


7:30 pm – Opening Circle, Setting Intentions, and Journaling
Gather with the group to officially open the retreat. Through guided sharing, you’ll have the opportunity to set your personal intentions for the weekend. Follow this with journaling time to reflect on what you hope to release, embrace, or discover during your retreat journey.


8:00 pm – Restorative Yoga with Healing Touch, Guided Meditation, and Sound Healing
End the evening with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga session, enhanced by gentle healing touch to help you release tension and ground yourself. This will flow into a guided meditation, accompanied by soothing sound bath to help you fully relax.


9:15 pm – Wind Down
After yoga, you’re free to relax however feels right—sip tea, take a quiet moment to yourself, or just head to bed for a restful night.

Immersion and Release

7:30 am – Release Movement
Start the day with a refreshing movement session designed to wake up your body and let go of anything you’re holding onto. It’s a chance to move freely, stretch, and feel energized for the day ahead.

8:30 am – Breakfast
Gather for a nourishing breakfast filled with wholesome, delicious options. This is a relaxed time to connect with others or simply enjoy the peaceful morning atmosphere.

10:00 am – Outdoor Adventure
Step into the beauty of Big Bear Lake for a morning of exploration and connection through nature. Get ready to be inspired.

2:00 pm – Lunch
Return to the villa for a delicious lunch. 

3:00 pm – Rest
The afternoon is yours to slow down and relax. Whether it’s journaling, napping, jacuzzi time, or just being still, this is your time to pause and restore.

5:00 pm – Soul Reflection Art Workshop
Tap into your creativity in this relaxed, hands-on workshop. Using art as a tool for self-discovery and self-expression, you’ll reflect on your own inner connection.

6:00 pm – Authentic Movement Circle
Connect inwards , allow your soul to express and heal throgh your own authentic body language.

7:30 pm – Dinner
Gather together for beautiful light meal, preparing for the evening of shift and transfomation.

8:30 pm – Fire Ceremony
Under the night sky, take part in a powerful fire ceremony. This is a time to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for what you want to embrace. The warmth and energy of the fire create a space for letting go and transformation.

9:00 pm – Dance Party Under the Stars
Let loose and celebrate with a fun, carefree dance party under the open sky. Feel the music, enjoy the moment, and connect with your playful side.

9:30 pm – Meditation and Sound Healing
End the day with a calming meditation and sound healing session. This is your chance to fully relax, integrate the day’s experiences, and drift into a peaceful state before heading to bed.

Connection and Farewell

 

7:30 am – Joy Yoga
Start your final day with an uplifting yoga session designed to bring lightness, joy, and celebration into your body and mind. 

8:30 am – Breakfast
Gather for a relaxed and nourishing breakfast, enjoying your last morning meal together. 

9:30 am – Inner Connection Rituals Workshop
In this reflective workshop, we’ll explore rituals and practices to carry the retreat’s magic back into your everyday life. 

11:00 am – Closing Circle and Farewell Reception
We’ll come together one last time to celebrate the journey we’ve shared. During the closing circle, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect, express gratitude, and share your takeaways from the weekend. 

12:00 pm – Retreat Wrap-Up
