Stay in a private villa nestled among 20 acres of pristine wilderness, creating a peaceful and secluded space for connection and reflection. Rooms are shared, with 2-3 women per room.

6:00 pm – Welcome, Setup, and Room Assignments
Welcome! When you arrive, we’ll help you get settled into your room and give you a quick tour of the villa. Take a moment to relax, explore the space, and soak in the peaceful desert vibes.
6:30 pm – Dinner and Introductions
Enjoy a delicious dinner made with fresh, nourishing ingredients. This is a chance to connect with the group, and share a bit about yourself.
7:30 pm – Opening Circle, Setting Intentions, and Journaling
Gather with the group to officially open the retreat. Through guided sharing, you’ll have the opportunity to set your personal intentions for the weekend. Follow this with journaling time to reflect on what you hope to release, embrace, or discover during your retreat journey.
8:00 pm – Restorative Yoga with Healing Touch, Guided Meditation, and Sound Healing
End the evening with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga session, enhanced by gentle healing touch to help you release tension and ground yourself. This will flow into a guided meditation, accompanied by soothing sound bath to help you fully relax.
9:15 pm – Wind Down
After yoga, you’re free to relax however feels right—sip tea, take a quiet moment to yourself, or just head to bed for a restful night.
