About this trip

Come home to the soul of you.

Soul Lab Camp is a retreat created for everyday people navigating changes in their lives. We believe you are the creative architect of your life. So, everything at Soul Camp is designed to bring you home to the soul of you – so you can create the shifts most needed in your life, your way.

Return renewed and reconnected, ready to meet this moment.

At the end of Soul Lab Camp, you will leave renewed and reconnected to yourself and this beautiful planet we get to call home. And you will have created a path to navigate the current shifts and changes in your life, ready to meet this moment on Earth - and what a moment it is.

We’d be so honored to have you join us.

Our Location

This little part of our earth is a coastal paradise. Architectural Digest recently named Manzanita as one of the 55 Most Beautiful Small Towns in America.

We will play with every part of this special land - Neahkahnie Mountain, Nehalem Bay, the beaches, and of course the majestic Pacific Ocean. And, some of our local neighbors - the elk, deer, eagles, seals, and snowy plovers - often stop in for a visit during Soul Lab Camp.

Our retreat home base is the Light House Vacation House, a luxury beach home with stunning ocean views of Manzanita Beach and Neahkahnie Mountain. Located in the heart of Manzanita, we are a couple of houses away from the beach and a short 10 min stroll to the downtown area.

I can't begin to express what this experience encompassed and meant for me it was one of the most heartfelt, Eye opening soul searching Rewarding experiences I've ever had. I felt totally safe welcome and appreciated in the group. I felt a deep connection with all of the women and very related with many of their stories. I was extremely moved by the sensitivity and caring of the facilitator Lisa.. I look forward to attending again. Soul Lab Camp was a profoundly beautiful and healing experience. It provided me with an opportunity to quiet all of the noise in my life so that I could reconnect to myself in a really meaningful way. Lisa and the team took such wonderful care of us and were absolutely incredible camp guides. The space was safe, comforting, and inviting. The food was absolutely wonderful, and they were so accommodating of all dietary needs. This experience allowed me time and space to be nourished, connect with nature, connect with myself, and build community with some amazing people. If you are at a crossroads in your life or trying to find your way home to yourself, I can't recommend this experience enough. Life changing!

Soul Lab Camp was an absolutely dreamy experience. I would recommend anything that Lisa designed and facilitates as she is truly remarkable in her craft of coaching, holding space, being with others and finding your absolute best. Our co-hosts and all the amazing support we received along the way was perfect and made the weekend so easeful. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in some deep self reflection and delivered in the most thoughtful, caring way. Thank you so much Lisa, Nancy, Ann and team!
