Plan to arrive at Rome FCO airport no later than late morning for a 12 noon bus pick up on September 20th (if flying from the Bay Area we recommend arriving the day before). The return trip back to the airport on the 27th leaves the villas at 10am and arrives to the airport around 130pm. Keep this timing in mind when booking your flights. 

The $600 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. If you need to cancel before May 20, 2025 you will be refunded minus the $600 deposit. There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after May 20, 2025. All payments due May 20, 2025. If not paid in full by May 20, 2025 your spot is subject to cancellation. To receive the early bird pricing you must be paid in full by March 20, 2025. Full price final payments due May 20, 2025.

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Some insurance providers require you to purchase within two weeks of booking.
