Step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in four nourishing days of movement, nature, rest, and connection. Soul Reset: A Women's Yoga & Hiking Retreat is an intimate, all-inclusive mountain retreat designed for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and return home feeling renewed.
Nestled in the beauty of the North Carolina mountains, this retreat offers the perfect balance of gentle structure and spacious freedom. Together, we'll create a supportive community where you can move your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with what matters most.
Imagine waking to the gentle sound of a mountain stream just outside your cabin door. The crisp mountain air invites you to slow down as you pull on your favorite hoodie, wrap your hands around a warm cup of coffee or herbal tea, and make your way to morning yoga. Birds greet the day with their songs as you stroll along the path.
You unroll your mat, settle beneath a cozy blanket, and say "hello" to the women who will share this experience with you. As the morning light filters through the trees, you begin to reconnect—with your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom within. In this peaceful mountain sanctuary, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to do except arrive fully in the present moment.
This is the beginning of your Soul Reset.

Keep the retreat magic going a little longer, on Sunday, October 18, by stopping off in Asheville, post-retreat, for a soothing, luxurious, custom foot soak and massage. This is no ordinary foot soak. Choose the type of hand-crafted soak you want (moisturizing, detox, or relaxing) then choose a concurrent 20-minute massage to add to your bliss: foot and lower leg, hand and lower arm, or head, neck and shoulder, all while donning a warm, lavender-scented neck wrap and sipping on hot tea or a chilled non-alcoholic beverage (included in price). Total experience is 45 minutes. Gratuity is included. Plan on leaving Asheville around 2:00, if you want a quick bite to eat (not included) prior to hitting the road. Selection options for type of soak and massage will be sent to you, if you purchase this add-on.
Found Yoga is about finding what works for you.
Alisa Lewis, RYT-200, is the founder of Found Yoga and an alignment-based yoga teacher who believes yoga should be accessible, practical, and meaningful. She brings warmth, intention, wisdom, and a delightfully nerdy love of yoga to every class. She teaches moderately paced Vinyasa style and hips-focused yoga classes at Form Yoga (Decatur, GA), and also offers workshops, private sessions, outdoor yoga, online sessions, and retreats. Alisa completed her teacher training with Mandy Roberts at Form Yoga in 2020 and earned her Yoga Nidra certification through Shelley Carroll.
Known for her supportive and approachable style, Alisa welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Her classes blend intelligent movement, anatomy-informed alignment, yoga philosophy, and a healthy dose of curiosity. She loves helping students understand not just what they're doing, but why—creating opportunities for insight, confidence, and connection.
I have had a wonderful yoga experience with Alisa Lewis over the past 7-8 years. It started with virtual yoga during Covid, to in person sessions whether in the studio or during the many retreats I have attended. She is so in tune with yoga and how this practice can help everyone, no matter your experience. Her gentle manner, kindness and encouragement are so helpful when learning new poses and even making sure everyday poses are done correctly to avoid getting hurt. Her sense of humor always makes a class fun. Alisa loves the outdoors, often practicing in nature as it is so healing along with eating healthy and trying edible native plants in teas and local dishes. I highly recommend a yoga session or better yet a relaxing retreat with Alisa! You will not be disappointed! - Melinda
Alisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, a calming and gentle touch and a warm and encouraging vibe to all of her yoga classes and retreats. She provides a welcoming, safe space to connect, practice and strengthen both your physical abilities and your spiritual and emotional life. Alisa goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel supported, nurtured and inspired to grow. - Jenn
For my 60th birthday, I went with two friends to the yoga retreat at Kaluna Farms that Alisa was leading. The weekend was very inclusive. Alisa made everyone comfortable regardless of their yoga skills 🙂 It was the perfect combination of yoga and other activities. It was a wonderful weekend! - Beverly
Breathe & Bloom yoga retreat was set amid a bucolic mountain farm retreat venue. Alisa's gently guided yoga was well-organized and had a laid back pace. You will feel like you've done something very good for your body. If you are looking to kick-start a new wellness routine this would be a great way to get motivated! There is enough movement to keep more experienced fitness afficionados happy as well. - Victoria
