We Are What We Eat:

At the retreat center, eating healthy is made easy and delicious. Everything is prepared with your health and wellbeing in mind. Local specialties, veggie burgers, grilled fish, creamy vegan pasta or a raw dessert, you’ll always find something nourishing or indulgent in the menu. Our organic ingredients and produce come from our own organic garden and neighboring farms. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

Opening Circle, Fire closing ceremony, Sebatu Waterfall Temple Blessing, Two Temple Tours, Fire Dancers, sound Healing, Cooking Class and Rice Field Visit.  These activities are included in retreat pricing.
