Rebecca will lead your morning asana and meditation practice, Shannon will nourish your body during the days and nights, and Ieva will invigorate your spirit with evening restorative and nidra.
Spend three nights and mornings, (two full days on the week end), with early morning yoga, nourishing brunch and mouthwatering dinner. During the day, ride bikes around and explore the island, laze around our Nantucket cottage, take a surf lesson or hang out on the beach. Return in the afternoon for luxurious restorative yoga and a meal to remember.
