Join Susie Lee, 500RYT Yoga Instructor and Hilary Power, Certified Pilates Instructor for a yoga and mat Pilates wellness retreat at the beautiful education and retreat center Lumeria, located in upcountry Maui. Experience the tranquility and aloha spirit of Maui. Discover your inner strength and resilience through yoga and mat Pilates. Daily yoga and mat Pilates sessions will be provided, as well as farm to table meals (excluding two lunches) with optional spa treatments and Maui island excursions. Building strength, flexibility and presence on the mat can bring about a soulful alignment as we connect and bond in an intimate and supportive group.
