Relax and restore at our beautiful retreat located on the Windward side of Oahu at the foot of the Ko'olau Mountains. 

Experience

 We invite you to our SoulFULL Women's Wellness Retreat! In this small group retreat we hold a safe space for you to Relax, Rejuvenate and Reset.  


 


Imagine yourself nestled amongst the beautiful Ko’olau Mountains of Oahu just steps away from beautiful mountain hikes overlooking the coastline.

 

Wake up to  morning Yoga and Sound Bath, followed by a light breakfast. After breakfast participate in a Wellness Workshop. Workshops are hands on and designed to teach you everyday rituals to help relax and rejuvenate. You'll receive all the materials for the workshops so that you may continue your daily rituals after the retreat.  Enjoy daily group Energy Balancing sessions. 

 After the morning sessions  lunch is served followed by free time.   Use your afternoon free time to hike, explore, or just simply relax. The retreat is located within walking distance to great hikes and beaches and within driving distance to many area attractions, including the world famous food trucks of the North Shore and Kualoa Ranch. Connect with the aina (land) and feel the aloha that Oahu offers.   

At the end of the day gather with the group for dinner and fellowship. 

The SoulFULL retreat is open to only a small group of women. We encourage you to bring a friend or two, but welcome solo travelers!

The SoulFULL Women's Wellness Retreat is led by Licensed Acupuncturist, Adina Robinson. Adina has nearly 2 decades of experience working in private practice where she combines her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine with holistic health coaching, meditation, essential oils, dietary nutrition, herbal/nutritional supplements, and vibrational healing for an all encompassing wellness experience. For more information about Adina, click HERE

Catrina’s lifelong love of music and body movement catapulted her to became a Vibrational Sound Therapy Certified Practitioner in 2019. Catrina creates soundscapes to help facilitate meditation, relaxation and ultimately healing. Drawn to yoga in the late 90’s after being injured in an auto accident, Catrina discovered the healing power of yoga. The physical, emotional and mental transformation brought about by a regular yoga practice inspired her to become certified as an instructor in 2001.  Catrina is also the owner/founder of GreenEyed Herbals a business committed to handcrafting all natural, preservative & toxin free products for your body and soul.

Steve is our behind the scenes private chef.  Steve specializes in fresh & healthy dishes that use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. He works closely with Adina to create delicious and nutritious meals. 



About the Retreat Center

The Windward Retreat Center is nestled between the foot of the Ko'olau Range and the beautiful white sand beaches of windward Oahu in the small beach community of Ka'a'awa. 

 

The grounds consist of over three acres of tropical rainforest ringed by the Koʻolau Mountains, and just steps from a white sand beach with amazing sunrises.

Legends abound from and around our location. The traditional land divisions (ahupuaʻa) of Hakipuʻu, Kualoa, Kaʻaʻawa, Makaua, and Kahana form one of the richest and most sacred parts of Hawaiʻi. It was here that the first heiau (temple) was constructed, where the high shrine to the great god Lono existed, and it was the center of one of the two priesthoods in ancient Hawaiʻi.

Ocean:
Ocean activities in and around Kaʻaʻawa are boundless. The ocean can be everything from a playground for water sports to magical spot of healing and rejuvenation, a place to nurture the spirit within and without.
Just a three-minute walk from the center gets you to Swanzy Beach Park. Swanzy is a county beach park with a white sand beach and a large grass area for Yoga and picnics. It also has restroom facilities.
A short stroll down the road gets you to Kaʻaʻawa Beach Park. It is a ribbon of white sand that is perfect for sunrise walks as it runs for about a mile. In some parts of this beach the sand is so fine it feels like powder between your toes. All of the beaches in Kaʻaʻawa have turquoise waters and palm trees.

Mountains:
The Koʻolau Mountains, which run for over 30 miles along the coast of this part of the island of Oʻahu, are the remains of a dormant volcano that collapsed and slid into the ocean hundreds of thousands of years ago. Waterfalls, rain, and wind have formed the deep crevasses in the slops and cliffs.
The Koʻolau Mountains are prime native forest bird habitat on Oʻahu; in fact, the endangered Oʻahu ʻElepaio (Chasiempis ibidis) flycatcher recently had large portions of the southern and central Koʻolau Mountains established as critical habitat.

Cancellation Policy/ Terms and Condition

 Because our retreat is  limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations. 

 

  1. HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  2. Hold deposits (minus $100 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.
  3. Full balance due 45 days before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.
  4. Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
  5. Within 14 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.
  6. Any refunds allowed will incur a 5% processing fee.

 Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.  We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident or illness while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. We cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

    Rental cars, uber, bus, and taxi service are available from HNL. Car rental is encouraged for those who wish to explore the area.
  • Travel Insurance
    Travel insurance is highly recommended . Please contact retreat hosts if you need recommendations.
