Some places just do something to you. Taos is one of them.
Nested in the high desert mountains of New Mexico, this four-nights immersive retreat combines rhythm-driven vinyasa flows, deep crystal sound bowl healing, workshops, journaling, chef-prepared meals, and genuine human connection, all within the intimate setting of the Hyperslow Retreat Center.
Mornings start with grounding sessions. Afternoons are open to exploration, including a guided hike through the Taos landscape, meditative labyrinth walks, and quiet time in the yurt or sauna. Evenings close with the resonant, healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls that quiet the mind in ways words can't.
This retreat was built intentionally small for a curated group, and two teachers who have dedicated their lives to wellness work.
An optional private tour of the Taos Pueblo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and National Historic Landmark, is available for an additional fee through Whitefeather Native Cultural Tours, a 4-hour immersive cultural experience through ancestral lands, art, song, and storytelling. Transportation provided.
Come as you are. Leave transformed.

Kimberly is not your average yoga teacher. She built Rock n Flow Yoga on a single premise: that music, movement, and mindfulness together hit different. A 500-hour certified yoga instructor, Kimberly's training spans Vinyasa, Kundalini, and trauma-informed yoga healing, alongside expert-level certification in crystal sound healing.
Her approach is rooted in her past as an alt-rock DJ, a background she now channels into rhythm-driven sequences where music and movement move as one. Kimberly's teaching style is welcoming to every level, built around thoughtfully crafted flows that build confidence, presence, and connection both on and off the mat.
Kimberly has presented at the Telluride Yoga Festival and Love Shine Play Festival, and led sessions at Zenathon. In 2019, she made history as the first yoga instructor the National Park Service ever permitted to lead classes at the Lincoln Memorial, embodying her mission to make yoga accessible, transformative, and unforgettable.
She has been featured in Virginia Weddings Magazine and on DC101, and continues to redefine what yoga can be through ambassadorships with Manduka. Her signature workshops, including Building Your Confidence: Foundational Poses for Every Yogi and Tuning Out the World + Tuning Into You: Rediscover Your Peace, bring her full philosophy into focused, repeatable form.
Whether she's leading a sound bath, a festival flow, or a retreat, Kimberly creates space for students to reconnect with their authentic energy: the kind that ignites, centers, and sets you free. Her crystal sound bowl sessions are the kind that linger in your soul's vibration long after the last note fades.
