NO REFUND POLICY

All payments and reservations made for this trip are non-refundable. This policy is applicable to all attendees adults and children, regardless of the circumstances. Whether due to personal commitments, unforeseen events, or any other reason, refunds will not be issued.

VISA & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Tourist Visas: U.S. citizens do NOT require a visa for stays up to 90 days for tourism, business, or family visits.

Passport Validity: Valid passport with at least 6 months' validity and one blank page.

Vaccines:  Not required 

This family group trip is open to children ages ( 6)+ and upwards, and they must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire experience. Kids are welcome to join all scheduled activities throughout the trip, including the safari. Our family-friendly itinerary strikes the perfect balance, offering families quality time together while also giving parents the opportunity to enjoy moments of relaxation or personal time. We have dedicated child minders and engaging child activities scheduled throughout the trip to ensure everyone has a great experience.

On the wine tasting day, children will have alternative activities to enjoy, including horse riding, a picnic, or mini golf, while parents indulge in the wine tasting experience. With stops in both Johannesburg and Cape Town, this adventure provides the ideal opportunity for families to explore South Africa together, all while enjoying a combination of family bonding and well-deserved downtime.

A $200 deposit per person is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged over a 10 month payment schedule.
