- community outreach: visit a local school to help judge the Rhino Art Competition where the students get an opportunity to stay on the Game Reserve if they win, visit a traditional Zulu homestead, support a local creche, meet the Grannies of the community who are upcycling plastic bags into hats and bathmats.
- hippo snare boat patrol - take a boat ride along the river to check for snares.
- anti-poaching patrol and K9 unit - walk with the anti-poaching unit to check for snares and signs of poaching.
- Snake Pharm experience - get a glimpse of the ground-breaking research developing powdered anti-venom using plasma from snakes, meet some of the species behind this research.
- Big Five Bush Walk - under the protection of an armed guard, take part in a bush walk amongst the Big Five to notice the beauty of the surrounding nature on foot and inaccessible by vehicle.
- Tracks, Signs and Telemetry - learn how to track animals, understand their behavior and locate them using telemetry and the collars.
- day and night game drives - explore the beauty of the reserve in the day as well as it's nocturnal animals at night.
- Reserve swim and picnic - enjoy a dip in the waterfall on the reserve.
