Pay In Full Option Details:

• You will share a room with another traveler (bring your own roommate or be paired by BI-Global Travels).
   
• No additional fee is required when you choose to pay your trip in full at the time of booking.
   
• Your payment secures your spot immediately without any installment fees.

Roommate Information:

• You may list your preferred roommate during registration.
   
• If you do not have a roommate, we will do our best to pair you based on gender and preferences (subject to availability).
   
• If no match is available, you will be required to upgrade to a single occupancy room at an additional charge.

• An additional $250 installment plan fee will be added to your total balance if you choose the payment plan option.
   
• Initial deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot (available until May 15, 2025). After May 15, 2025 the deposit will increase to $500.
   
• Flexible monthly payments will be set up to complete your balance by the final due date.
   
• Your accommodations include stays at:
   
  • Cape Town: Taj Cape Town Hotel (7 nights)
