RESORT AND PARTY BOAT- This trip includes a 3 night stay at the Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort and entrance for one evening for a 3 hour Party Boat with live DJ and Free open bar. Final payment is due July 5, 2023

RESORT FEE  - There is a $33.00 per night per room resort fee that must be paid upon check in at the Royal Palm South Beach Miami Resort. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation, the package and add-non is non-refundable. Opulence Travel Agency has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your package low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future. See Travel Insurance below.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise.  Below is a travel insurance company.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should)  most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit.  You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance. FINAL PAYMENT IS July 4, 2023  

1. Any reservation made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability

2. Each roommate must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved.

3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register. 

4. If you need to make any changes to you reservation, please do so by email to info@opulencetravelagency.com. We are here to make you experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
