After a gourmet breakfast this morning at the lodge we will make our way to the launch point for a Rogue River jet boat experience. On this tour rather than looking for whitewater, we will be following the only mail boat left in operation in the US. This will be a calm and enjoyable ride from Gold Beach to Agness to drop off their mail and enjoy a BBQ lunch. We will keep our eyes out for the wildlife and natural beauty of the river. Once we return, we will head back to the Lodge to freshen up and relax before we head out for dinner and the music and entertainment of the Buena Vista Social Orchestra at the Britt Music and Arts Festival in Grants Pass. This will be a night to remember!

Today, we will take a leisurely morning at the Lodge and enjoy breakfast and some time to relax and explore this beautiful place. Soon we will head to a local winery for a tour, lunch and a tasting of the wines the Applegate Valley has to offer. This afternoon we will head into the historic town of Jacksonville and spend some time exploring the shops and galleries that make this iconic town such a well-loved place to visit. Tonight we will have dinner at one of the local restaurants in Ashland before we take in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's production of Macbeth.

This morning enjoy breakfast and take some time to relax and rejuvenate before we start the journey home. While we are returning to the Willamette Valley we will stop and enjoy a final lunch together to cap off this excellent 3 night escape to beautiful southern Oregon.
