Day 1: Arrival
Our trip will begin with a meet and greet with your group and guide in
the arrivals hall. Afterwards we’ll hop on our coach for a short 30 minute drive to the scenic village of Ronda, where we’ll enjoy our first night stay. Afterwards we’ll return to our hotel for an early check in. Free time to rest and relax. In the evening we will have a nice get together dinner with wine.

Day 2: Discovering Spain’s Petra.
After our first night stay in Spain, we’ll begin with a short walk around
the historical streets of Ronda. The town is famous for its breathtaking
views as it is perched on top of a gorge known as El Tajo. With these
truly spectacular sights, the town has been an inspiration for countless authors such as Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles. We’ll depart Ronda in the late morning and head west towards the city of Seville. On our way, we’ll stop in the town of Osuna. Renowned for its quarries that have provided fine marble since the time of the Romans. We’ll visit the Canteras de Osuna. Known as Spain’s Petra. The Canteras are acclaimed for being caves carved out by the Romans since 500 BC. We’ll visit this amazing archaeological monument and discover ancient carvings that are thousands of years old. Later, we will continue our journey west towards the town of Seville. Free time in the late afternoon to enjoy the delights of the historical streets of Seville.

Day 3: Tour of Seville
Guided tour around the old quarters of Seville with its historical colorful lanes filled with orange trees. Visit to the famous Alcazar Palace and the Seville Cathedral. Free time in the evening for shopping and to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Seville.

Day 4: A village perched under the rocks and the hometown of Pablo
Picasso.
After our discovery of Seville. We’ll depart the city and this time, head
east towards the mediterranean coastline. Our first stop on our way will be the lovely town of Setenil de las Bodegas. Setenil is acclaimed for being a unique village with its houses and streets carved from
underneath the cliffside. Providing marvelous views from all corners
and a picture perfect sight for anyone. After lunch, we’ll depart Setenil and head to Malaga. We'll visit the Pablo Picasso Museum, where we discover the inspiration for the works of art, of one the 20th century's most renowned artists. Later we'll turn east, towards Spain's Costa Tropical and our home for the next 9 nights, Almunecar.

Day 5: Free day
Free day to enjoy the delights of Almunecar. Maybe go shopping in one of the delightful cobbled streets of the town's medieval old quarter. Or maybe enjoy a nice relaxing day on the beach. Perhaps you wish to do some more exploring. Feel free to join your guide on a short walking tour of the town. Discovering its ancient monuments and scenic streets.

Day 6: Free day to enjoy Almunecar.
Free day to enjoy the delights of Almunecar. Option to do a cooking
class discovering how to make traditional Spanish dishes.

Day 7: Visit to the Sierra Nevada mountain villages and enjoying the
rustic way of life.
After breakfast we will head 90 minutes on our coach eastwards towards the Valley of the Alpujarra. One of the last places inhabited by the fallen descendants of Spain's ancient Arab rulers, the Alpujarras valley and its villages are renowned for their tranquil way of life and harmonious atmosphere. Over the course of the past two centuries they have attracted countless writers from across Europe and North America. In the last 50 years they have become popular amongst artists and singers from across the world who have been searching for a slower pace of life and a place of retreat.
We begin our discovery of the Alpujarra with a visit to Capileira. Spain's highest village, situated on the slopes of a former glacial valley at a height of 4850 ft. Here, some of Spain's finest Serrano Ham is curated in unique houses. We'll have the chance to try this unique delicacy and discover why it's a must for every Spanish household on any occasion. Later, we will head to the villages of the Poqueira Gorge. Renowned for their isolated beauty and traditional architecture.
The villages of the Poquiera Gorge are unique in their white washed
architecture dating back to medieval Arab times. They are built on
traditional foundations for Olive branches and mountain stones. We will also visit a weaving workshop that uses centuries old weaving methods and traditional colors passed down from the time of the silk road. Later, we will enjoy some wine and cheese tasting in one of the local artisan shops followed by free time to do some shopping for souvenirs and traditional woven clothes. Return in the late afternoon/evening to our hotel.

Day 8: Tour of Granada, the Alhambra Palace and an evening of
Flamenco.
After breakfast we'll drive 45 minutes north on our coach towards the
city of Granada. We begin our visit to one of the most majestic palaces in the world and Spain's most visited historical sight, the Alhambra Palace. We'll discover this fascinating and ever imposing landmark overlooking the whole city, and walk through its elegant rooms and the mighty fortification that protected the palace for centuries. In the evening we will enjoy a traditional Flamenco night in one of the Gypsy Caves of the Sacromonte district.

Day 9: Free day.
Free day to enjoy the delights of Almunecar. In the afternoon we’ll visit a fruit plantation to enjoy a lovely lunch with some locally grown seasonal fruits. We will also have an option to visit a Rum distillery.

Day 10: Free day
Free day to enjoy the delights of Almunecar. Option: If you wish, your
guide may also organize a day trip for our group to Granada. You may visit the ancient moorish neighborhoods of the Albaycin, brimming with stunning medieval Arabic architecture, views of the Alhambra and the surrounding city. Or, perhaps you wish to go shopping for some souvenirs and local delights.

Day 11: Wine tour and a visit to Mini Wild West Hollywood.
In the morning we’ll head east on a short hour and half long coach ride to Almeria. Known as Spain’s desert, Almeria is a region that is infamous for being the place where countless Wild Western Cowboy Movies were filmed in the 1950s. We’ll have a stop for lunch and later, we’ll visit Mini Hollywood, a Wild Western Theme Park that has live shows based on the old Wild West movies. Later, we’ll visit a local winery to discover the local delicacies of wines along with some charcuterie. Return to Almunecar in the evening.

Day 12: Visit to the Mediterranean villages of Frigiliana and Nerja as
well as magnificent caves
After breakfast we head to the unique caves of Nerja. Known as Spain's underground wonder, it has some of the largest stalactites in the world. Onwards we visit the town of Frigiliana, perched up on a hilltop, this town and its scenic surroundings was known for centuries as the Little Jerusalem on the Mediterranean as it was a town of 3 religions. With Christians, Muslims and Jews living in harmony for centuries.
Enjoy a stroll across the streets of the town with a chance to savor some local Moscatel sweet wine in one of the local establishments. Later, we visit Nerja, a fishing town situated on a cliff top overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. On our return we travel through the Goats road. One of the most scenic coastal drives in the
Mediterranean.

Free day to do whatever final bits of shopping or enjoying the historical streets of Almunecar. We’ll then depart Almunecar and visit an olive farm and discover its importance in Spanish and overall mediterranean culture before heading for our final night to Torremolinos.
In the evening we will have a final get together dinner with wine at a
local establishment

It's time to say goodbye to the Spain and our beautiful Mediterranean
coastline. Our transfer will bring you back to the US.
