We present a new route that is more cultural, more gastronomic, with good gallops on the gentle slopes and vast plains on the northern face of the Sierra Nevada.

We will discover the history of the "Moriscos" who remained in these lands after being expelled from Granada, and we will walk through small villages that have not changed their appearance since the Arab presence. The northern face of the Sierra Nevada, with its varied landscape ranging from high mountain surroundings to fertile Mediterranean valleys.
