Join us for an “insiders” week of intoxicating flamenco culture, art, culinary delights and island nature so beautiful that it is an official UNESCO World Heritage Site!

Designed with a focus on integrating the “healing arts” of yoga and mindfulness with the “fine arts” of an authentic cultural immersion, each day will begin with yoga and meditation. Through our daily practice, you will experience an elevated state of presence and physical vitality to better enjoy Spain and all of her delights. During the day and evening there is much to enjoy! Experience a deep, authentic immersion into the Spanish Culture while visiting Deia’s cliffside artistic and foody village colony, witness the flamenco gypsy caves and stunning Alhambra of Granada, and sail and frolic in the Balearic Sea.

The itinerary has been curated for you to experience authentic Spanish culture with great ease and plenty of time to relax, reflect and/or explore on your own. It is our belief that all art arises from a courageous gaze inward, an elegant listening, and subsequent discipline to actualize one’s own art in the world. We hope you leave the trip feeling creatively inspired, well fed, physically renewed and in touch with the wild art within you.

2 night gorgeous accommodation at a finca in Granada
