My experience at the 200h Teacher Training at Durga’s Tiger School was nothing short of transformative. This wasn’t just a yoga training—it was a deep, therapeutic journey into my body, emotions, and inner world. The slow, meditative Kaula Tantra Yoga sessions taught me how to truly feel each breath and movement, rather than simply perform. The dancing, shaking, and ritual practices brought so much joy and release—layers of tension and emotion gently unraveled through the body. The tantra rituals were powerful and beautifully held, offering a sacred space to explore connection, presence, and inner truth. It felt like a healing retreat disguised as a training. Every day was a soft invitation to come home to myself. The school is also nestled in a magical region of Ecuador, surrounded by mountains and nature that support the journey in the most grounding way. I left with tools, insights, and a sense of wholeness I’ll carry for life. If you’re looking for a training that blends deep self-discovery with authentic embodiment and spiritual practice—this is it.

This course is truly transformational -- I felt held in a caring space, surrounded by warm and interesting people on their journeys, and guided in my self-exploration. It's been inspiring to be part of the community. Of course it's great to be a certified Yoga teacher, and I've really enjoyed bringing the teachings to my city. The biggest gift from thsi course, thought, is the feeling of grounding and calm self-confidence that I've since carried with me. We came with our young daughter and were so welcomed, supported and accommodated, it was remarkable. Can recommend to come with kids!

My training at Durga's Tiger School was the most life-changing experience I've ever had. The mix of tantra, yoga, arts, and shamanism offered me an incredible container for self-exploration and personal growth in a playful yet tremendously profound way. I'm deeply grateful to the facilitators of every class and ritual, as the content they shared was always exciting and healing. Community life was also a key factor in my incredible experience at Durga's Tiger School. I got to know many people I now love from the bottom of my heart. Even in difficult situations, the school team was always able to hold space for the community members in a very professional manner, so that everyone could feel heard, respected, and appreciated. We always had enough delicious, healthy, and nutritious vegetarian food. I would definitely recommend this training, not only for those who want to become yoga teachers but also for anyone seeking clarity and purpose in life. I give the school a 10/10 rating.

I had a wonderful time at Durga's Tiger School. Beautiful location, good and abundand food. Every one of the staff was very kind and helpful. With the other students I felt like being in a family. When I returned for a weekend after the training it was like coming home.
