Cancellations in writing 60 days prior to the first day of the trip are refundable except for the $500 deposit.  All other cancellations and refunds may be handled through the purchase of travel insurance only.  

Please arrive to our Athens hotel by 3pm local time.  This will give you time to unpack, unwind and relax prior to meeting for our Welcome Dinner at 7pm.
