This sacred training is for mothers, daughters, doulas, midwives, womb practitioners, and elders who are called to walk with women through their most vulnerable and powerful transitions.

"Spirit & Spine" is a ceremonial experience and practitioner training rooted in African Traditional Religions and indigenous African birth practices. We focus on the ancient art of Closing of the Bones as a ritual of return—returning the spirit to the body, the bones to alignment, and the womb to peace.

This immersive workshop includes:

🪘 Ceremonial Tools – Training with maracas, machetes, and sound for ritual cleansing and calling in

🤲🏽 Practice and Demonstration – Learn by witnessing, receiving, and practicing the rites of closure
