Optional morning qigong will gently awaken your body. After breakfast, enjoy Rev. Roger’s signature “Nature Ministry” while on a walk through the surrounding landscape. Reflect on his teachings with either free time or optional yoga. After lunch, unwind with wellness treatments (Shiatsu or Thai Massage, Attunement, and a Spiritual Coaching Session w/ Rev. Roger). End the evening with mindfulness and spiritual teachings, under the stars, warmed by a fire. Only a few days after the new moon and far away from the city, the darkness of the night sky will allow breathtaking amounts of stars to be seen – you can even see the Milky Way galaxy from way out here! 

Optional morning qigong, followed by breakfast and another of Rev. Roger’s Nature Ministries. Then choose your own adventure to integrate his teachings with yoga or free time (walk the labyrinth!). In the afternoon, enjoy free time and wellness treatments, take an optional tour of the garden and watch a demonstration of Rev. Roger’s Shadow work. We’ll celebrate our last evening with a vivacious dance party, as both Roger and Jessica love to dance! 

Enjoy your final morning optional qigong on this short but sweet wellness retreat weekend. After a nourishing breakfast, pack up before we have our final closing circle and enjoy a Sunday service with the Sunrise Ranch community. Schedule your return flight no earlier than 3:30 pm on Sun., Sept. 12th. Lunch is included on this final day.
