About this trip

This trip is hosted by the founder of A Spiritual Hand (ASH), Ryan Frechette, and the owner of Aarya Yoga and Wellness, Jennifer Scaringella, RYT, Usui Reiki Master, and Life Coach. Ryan and Jennifer have joined together to offer a holistic healing retreat that goes beyond the normal.

Each day you will get to experience the benefits of hatha yoga and meditation. Jennifer provides an in-depth yoga practice that offers you the space to explore your internal process. Allowing you to awaken your minds eye to inhabit your true self. Jennifer advocates finding a place of peace and serenity, releasing any attachments to your fears and past traumas. She helps you to embrace your entire being, to expand your vibrational frequency into the universe for an abundant and accepting life.

Ayahuasca is a traditional spiritual medicine made of specific types of leaves, vines, and other plants. It is used among the indigenous people of Amazonian Peru. Guided by the plants and the plants’ spirits, these native tribes use ayahuasca in Shamanic and Shipibo ceremonies to promote healing of both mind and body.
