Unfortunately this was not what I expected. The description was for the “Meet us there” package and I understood that it was independent and I would not have a designated guide. However, I was not expecting to be excluded from all the group activities and to not have any contact with, or interactions with, the rest of the group that traveled together, especially because the description clearly said: “You meet group at destination.” Aside from being completely alone, the boat trips to the islands on day 3 were a waste. First boat was delayed, which reduced our time in Positano to about 90 minutes which wasn’t even time to get a meal and then another boat ride to Amalfi for 80 min before heading back to Positano to pick up more passengers before heading back to Sorrento around the same time everything was closed. I also understand this wasn’t the organizer’s fault, but the boats were so crowded that many of us ended up standing for the entire trip. Additionally, although there were many suggestions provided on how to spend Sunday before flying home, I found out that it was a “free entry day” on the first Sunday of the month, so Pompei was completely sold out of tickets. I went to Naples to try to see/do something that day, but three other museums were sold out, resulting in a completely wasted day. Had I known everything would’ve been sold out, I could’ve booked in advance and maybe gotten to do something besides riding public transportation and waiting in multiple lines only to be turned away. Lastly, the hotel the organizer chose for me was in a good location, with a friendly staff, but I was told there was a pool, which I found out was drained and inaccessible. The hotel was filled with high-schoolers on spring break making so much noise through the non-sound-proofed walls and door that it was difficult to get good sleep and finally, the other guests cleaned out the breakfast buffet so when I appeared only 30 minutes after breakfast opened, there was only a partial cake and some cereal remaining, but no fruit, rolls, pastries, eggs, meats/cheeses that I had seen the morning prior. All total, when I added up the lodging and the boat trips that made up the cost of this trip, I could have made four reservations (hotel, two boat trips day 1 and one boat trip day 2) for less than half what I paid the organizer. So, first there was no one to meet there (which was completely misleading) and second, I feel that I overpaid for what I received.

My parents booked this through Tour Radar. They asked me to come along, so I researched the itinerary. They paid well over $1000 more than had they just booked the hotel and three basic tours themselves. The communication wasn't great, by the time we got our itinerary it was too late to make good dinner reservations. Some of the questions my dad had about his limited mobility were answered incorrectly causing a lot stress and frustration for him on the tours. They didn't have any information on the actual tours, in hind sight it was because as merely a third party they were not involved. One tour actually charged us additional fees upon arrival. (around $60) Rookie tourist mistakes on their part, I felt bad for them. I would recommend do your own research, nothing about this trip was special or even "coordinated". Look elsewhere or do your own reservations.

Absolute scam. Do not use we travel or travel radar. They are a third party who only book tickets & hotels, that's it. There is no guides whatsoever ever. Not as advertised at all. 600 dollars I'll never get back. Do not use if you travel alone as they do not put you in a group as advised. Your better off doing it by yourself. What a joke.

We're sorry to hear that you feel your trip wasn't worth it and the experience fell short of expectations. This trip, however, was not a scam and you received everything as advertised. You had several guided tours (in both. Budapest and Vienna), as well as a scenic Danube River cruise. Guides were present and led the tours/activities. The "party boat" you reference in Budapest was an activity that is not operated by our company, nor did you book it through us. We understand your disappointment if you didn't make that party boat but that has nothing to do with this trip package as that is through a different company you booked with directly (so you should have reached out to them). The train from Vienna to Salzburg has a set departure time and place on Sundsy morning and it is up to you to be there. If you don't make it to specified departure points/times , and most importantly, don't inform us it is not our responsibility to try and track you down. These are travel packages for adults and it is up to the individual to be at a particular time and place if they want to participate in a tour, or continue on to the next destination (some people may decide to stay longer and skip the final city for example). Ultimately, you had all the detailed information for the weekend, including the Salzburg train ticket in hand, and you didn't reach out to contact the guides or our support staff (which is 24 hours by phone, email or WhatsApp). As well, please keep in mind that you originally booked the shared dorm hostel package and then paid extra to upgrade to a private single room as well as add extra nights so everything was as advertised and very clear when booked, and agreed to by you

I had a wonderful experience from the Viking ship to all the tours. Would love to do it again. Thank you!

Prefect way to end my trip in Poland! Great people, good vodka and a lot of laughter. Recommend for anyone who likes to know history behind the drinks and understand why we drink. 10/10 would recommend for anyone +18 :)

I will never use them again, and I would discourage anyone from booking through them. They are a third party that marks up the prices significantly. I researched the hotels and tours and we ended up paying over $1,000 more than had I booked it myself. Terrible lack of communication, and what answers we did receive much of it was incorrect. In hind sight this makes sense as they do not provide the tours. To that point, book a tour company directly and book your own hotel. Rookie tourist mistake using them. Learn from our experience
