Reviews

There were so many incredible parts of this trip that made it truly special. Rima was wonderfully communicative throughout—sharing travel guidance, flight suggestions, and lodging details that made everything seamless. Bird Island Bungalows was an absolutely stunning retreat center, surrounded by lush jungle, ocean views, and the most breathtaking scenery. The owners and staff were so warm and hospitable, and the food was spectacular. Every detail was thoughtfully organized, especially the excursions, which were unforgettable. I had such a memorable experience and would join Rima on another retreat in a heartbeat!

Thank you for a most beautiful and heart opening retreat:) I would definitely rate this retreat as a peak life experience for me and I do not say that lightly. Everything from the accommodations to the stunning nature to the other members of the retreat and of course the facilitators, it was just pure magic. Also, being vegan and gluten free, I was able to get my dietary preferences met and the food was delicious. I decided to pair this retreat with a digital detox as well, something I like to do from time to time to fully immerse myself in the moment. I was able to navigate where I needed to be while doing this pretty easily and enjoyed the much needed break. I also went to this retreat while healing from a significant spinal injury and had not done much yoga in a couple months. I was able to do what I could in the yoga classes (and still feel a part of) and not feel like I was pushing myself too hard. Thank you for the guidance in this department, much appreciated. I felt like there was a good balance of yoga, meditation and downtime. Everything seemed carefully and exquisitely curated and I am very grateful this experience.

Thank you for the most wonderful experience of my life. The scheduling, the flow, the ease, the lack of stress, no chaos, all was absolutely fantastic! I truly felt free to just be, no pressure, no strict schedule, just structured. The facilitators, the instructors, the staff and attendees all were amazing, just amazing!!!
