Spring is the most dynamic, energetic and creative time of the year. With sufficient rest in the wintertime, we feel the spring fever that pushes us to be more active, to cleanse, take on new projects or sow seeds of intention to broaden future horizons.
In our 3 hour Yoga filled afternoon we shall practice Hatha yoga poses that cleanse the body. Detoxifying twists to purge the digestive system and organs. Forward folds to increase sublte ernegy flow and inversions that turn our worlds and organs upside down!
In the Yin element of the afternoon we shall work on shapes that feed into the liver and the gall bladder.
Pranayama and Yoga Nidra will also be a part of our afternoon.
Expect to feel fully cleansed and rejuvenated and ready to step into spring.
