Meaning of spring-cleaning in English:
the act of cleaning all of a place...including parts you do not often clean: We need to do some spring-cleaning.
a new beginning; a chance to clear away not only physical clutter but also a cleansing of the mind...
Please join us as we come together in Vermont this April and do some serious Spring Cleaning. All three days of this long weekend are going to be absolutely incredible , and every single thing we'll do will be about feeling our absolute best.
Without giving every detail of the trip away, the weekend will be chock full of absolutely everything that makes me feel the most alive:
*hot.power.yoga: A nice, long killer practice every morning so that we feel like we're 2 feet taller every day and two miles nicer. Yoga that reminds us we're alive!
*A hike! Spring in Vermont is LIFE! It's perseverance, it's rhythm, it's beauty, it's grit, it's renewal. We all love Spring for it's 'ohmygod we made it again' feeling of rebirth, and there's nowhere like Spring in Vermont.
*Cold Plunge in a Waterfall. Cold plunging has massively affected my life for the better. I think it might be the forced meditation, but whatever it is I feel profound differences in anxiety levels. I still fuck up all the time and react and all the bullshit, but I feel better. Much better. Thanks to cold plunging. A roaring waterfall in April in Vermont?!? We'z about to be reborn, homies.
*Fire Walking! Feel the enormity of our fear and walk through it anyway!
*Breathwork: The uber popular method of breathing that is often compared to the transformational power of plant medicine, but with only your breath. Prepare for breakthroughs!
*FRIENDS! Someone scrape me out of a ditch if not for my friends. There is not a more important thing in my life than my friends and I absolutely loves seeing people meet and connect and begin friendships here. It's really the coolest thing. Bring your friends or come on your own to meet new folks. Both ideas are incredible. I've seen countless dear friendships start on our retreats.
*Incredible food. Tish, the owner of Good Commons, is an incredible cook and all of your meals are deliciously prepared for us.
*Connecting/being honest/feeling brave/pushing through fear/facing your bullshit and being ready to grow. I love this shit. I can't help it. I've spent so much of my life sabotaging myself in my head that it's a real fucking pleasure when I see others breaking free from it. Lightness. pass it on.
