What We Cover

Month 1: We start with a Body Audit

· We take inventory of how and what your yoga practice looks like physically. We determine misalignment patterns and areas of weakness, tension or compensation that need adjusting. We create a seasonally based practice for yourself incorporating functional movement, asana and sequencing. Asana should be pain free, balanced and energy giving, not depleting.

Month 2: We incorporate Seasonal Breath

· How are you breathing? Breath is life and good breathing is directly connected to our health and energy. Different breath techniques are appropriate for different people and at different times of the year. We dive deep into pranayama and the energy body to create a breath practice for you.

Month 3: We create a Mind Map

· Your mind is one of the most powerful tools you have. Some mental habits keep us stuck and mired in negative or untrue thinking. We can reprogram our mental habits and create focus and clarity through meditation.

Month 4: We design your personal nutritional guidelines

· There are a million fad diets and a ton of conflicting information about what is the best way to eat. There isn’t one way for everyone, but there is a good way for you and it varies throughout the year. We cover seasonal eating, digestion and responsive dieting so you can feel your best.

Cost for the mentorship program is $3200 if paid in full by February 10th, 2022

Price goes up to $3600 February 11th, 2022.

Full payment is due February 16th, 2022. Payment plans are available upon request. If you decide to cancel within 30 days of February 16th, 2021, 50% of the program cost will be refunded. After 30 days, there are no refunds.

What are the ingredients for a magical yoga retreat? A great venue. Delicious healthy food. Wonderful people. Generous experienced teaching customized to each student’s needs and abilities. This is what we had, and more, at the Oliveto Estate in Civitanova Mache, Italy, in June, 2023. The retreat organized and led by Nikki Estrada was my fourth in France or Italy and soared above the rest. The two villas that make up the venue were easily comparable to a Four Seasons in terms of design, comfort, cleanliness and amenities. The rooms were large and comfortable. The public spaces offered many places to get away to relax both indoors and around the two large swimming pools or on the many terraces or decks. Two gyms provided exercise equipment and the spa offered steam, sauna and jacuzzi. For the second year Nikki retained a marvelous chef from Scotland who cooked amazing meals that were definitely 5 star. The group ranging in age from 24 to 75 coalesced within the first hour and clearly enjoyed each other's company as much as everything else. The management of the property did their part to ensure that the group was happy and comfortable. Bottom line is that I highly recommend Nikki's retreats and Oliveto, in particular, and would definitely consider a return visit.

Beautiful, restorative retreat. Ratna Ling is a gorgeous, peaceful setting with luxurious cabins and delicious vegan food made on premise. Nikki is a warm, engaging, gifted teacher who led daily yoga practices and guided meditations suited to all levels. There was also a spectacular hike through the redwoods to the beach. The ideal retreat for rest, renewal, and inspiration. Highly recommend.

The. Retreat was beautifully organized. Nikki had plenty to keep us engaged. Her in person classes were a true treat . Everyone felt that they were lucky to be there and have her skill and knowledge shared so effortlessly. I would not miss this opportunity in the future. The accommodations are incredible. Beautiful two bedroom suites in the redwoods. Just lovely.
