What We Cover

Month 1: We start with a Body Audit

· We take inventory of how and what your yoga practice looks like physically. We determine misalignment patterns and areas of weakness, tension or compensation that need adjusting. We create a seasonally based practice for yourself incorporating functional movement, asana and sequencing. Asana should be pain free, balanced and energy giving, not depleting.

Month 2: We incorporate Seasonal Breath

· How are you breathing? Breath is life and good breathing is directly connected to our health and energy. Different breath techniques are appropriate for different people and at different times of the year. We dive deep into pranayama and the energy body to create a breath practice for you.

Month 3: We create a Mind Map

· Your mind is one of the most powerful tools you have. Some mental habits keep us stuck and mired in negative or untrue thinking. We can reprogram our mental habits and create focus and clarity through meditation.

Month 4: We design your personal nutritional guidelines

· There are a million fad diets and a ton of conflicting information about what is the best way to eat. There isn’t one way for everyone, but there is a good way for you and it varies throughout the year. We cover seasonal eating, digestion and responsive dieting so you can feel your best.

Cost for the mentorship program is $3200 if paid in full by February 10th, 2022

Price goes up to $3600 February 11th, 2022.

Full payment is due February 16th, 2022. Payment plans are available upon request. If you decide to cancel within 30 days of February 16th, 2021, 50% of the program cost will be refunded. After 30 days, there are no refunds.

Nikki discovered yoga in 1992 while studying Sociology & Math at UC Santa Barbara. During her college years she fell in love with yoga and was lucky enough to find her life-long passion at such an early age. She committed herself to a regular and dedicated practice right away. Her first and most influential teacher at the time was Sarah Powers. Upon graduating from UCSB she went directly to India to study with Sri K Pattabi Jois in Mysore for three months. Upon returning home she continued studying all things yoga and practicing Ashtanga. In 1996 she teacher trained with Erich Schiffman and Sarah Powers and began her full time teaching career. Since that time she has taught thousands of students both privately and publically as well as developed teacher trainings, workshops, retreats and intensives in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. In 2007 she joined the reputable YogaWorks Teacher Training team and began leading both 200hr and 300hr programs. She is currently the Director of Trainer Development for YogaWorks Northern California. In 2004 Nikki met Rod Stryker and found her “roots” in the tradition of tantra yoga- a system that integrates spirituality into all aspects of one’s life cultivating more peace, joy and personal success. Nikki continues to study with Rod Stryker and Pandit Rajmani Tinugait in the tradition of the Himalayan masters as well as integrating Ayurveda into her personal and professional life. She resides in northern California near to nature with her husband and two daughters.

Nikki & Hillary created the most fabulous day retreat at Solage. The yoga classes were fabulous, the pool dipping was great and lunch at the Resturaunt was memorable. The setting at Solage is magical and easy to relax in. The minute you walk in the door you’ll feel the stress melt off. It was a perfect amount of time to feel renewed! I’ll definitely be back for another one!!

Had a lovely day at Solage with Nikki and Hillary! The yoga was perfectly grounding with a gentle cross breeze and the facilities are amazing! It was so nice to have sun and heat, escaping the fog and cold of Marin. The pools were amazing to soak in before and after yoga and lunch was delicious (good sized portions too). Overall a great way to spend a Friday :)
