Come celebrate all things Spring. A time for letting go and blossoming into the new. Come join us for a opening Cacoa Ceremony with Jaleh, a glorious 90 minute Vinyasa flow poolside with yogis Monika Kaufman and Lisa Willett followed by a delicious farm-to-table brunch, catered by Erik Lowe from Belfare Catering and fabulous bubbles from Be Bubbly Napa. Move, meditate and create space - at this exquisite private setting overlooking Sonoma's rolling hills. Once again, we are delighted to partner with FlatBed Farm.
Giving Partner: In celebration of Spring and giving to others, take a peak in your closet and gather 5 to 10 professional clothing items to donate to our non-profit partner. Helping humans to dress for success, we will be donating the goods after the event to Bon Marche (Private evening events for Teen Services, dressing young adults for success). “When you let go you create space for something better”
Take your yoga off the mat: Aparigraha!
In Indian philosophy and yoga, aparigraha is the concept of non-possessiveness, non-greed and non-attachment. It is one of the yamas, or codes of ethical behavior, listed in Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga. The last of the five yamas teaches that one should take only what one needs or serves and let go of the unnecessary.
