About this trip

Join Kelly Smith and Sam Kalawart for a weekend spring reset. Spend a weekend with a group of like minded people cleansing, healing, and transforming your health and spirit. This is not a traditional "detox" or cleanse, this is a reset for your body, mind, and soul. 


Over the course of the weekend you will practice daily yoga and breathwork to reset your body, set intention with a raw cacao ceremony, practice meditation, and reset your body with nourishing, balanced, and  plant based meals.


During this weekend you will also have the opportunity to participate in a media cleanse where you leave all of your electronics at the door and spend the entire weekend unplugged and experience life without the influence of social media and constant contact. 


Weekend activities might include

-Healing breath work circle

-Raw cacao ceremony

-Daily yoga and meditation classes

-Yoga nidra + energy healing

-the opportunity to relax, unwind, and unplug for a weekend and focus on you

Kelly is great, and I really enjoy learning from her. She is down to earth and honest, which made me feel very welcome. The training was very informative and I encourage others to take this course, even if you do not intend to teach. It’s very valuable and a great investment for the self! Much love!
This was an amazing experience, especially being my first international trip. Kelly was wonderful and answered all my questions and helped ease all my anxiety as I prepared for travel. Kelly also did a wonderful job incorporating great yoga sessions and Iceland tours, to make the absolute most of our time on our trip. I really hope to take another adventure with Kelly :)
