Join us May 21st-23rd for an epic weekend escape on our Spring Weekend Retreat!

This retreat will be full of adventure, relaxation, and bliss to feed your mind, body, soul, and palate! 

Enjoy a few hours of open road cruising (mini Roadtrip) as you head south to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Add some fun stops along the way in Springfield or Table Rock Lake! 

Arrive to our accommodation in the early evening where you can settle into your room and then enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the views of the valley amongst our huge balcony that sits on top of the hill of thousands of unspoiled conservation. After our first nights dinner, we will wind down with an evening yoga practice at sunset. 

Saturday will begin with a healthy breakfast and an energizing yoga flow before we head out for an adventurous day! We will take a short drive to our destination where we will spend a good portion of our day out on the water with your choice of kayaking or stand up paddle boarding! If we have time afterwards, we will checkout the gems of downtown Eureka Springs including live music! Upon return of our humble abode, dinner and another sunset yoga awaits us. 

Sunday morning will begin with another healthy breakfast and our last yoga practice, followed by a short 1 mile hike that begins right at our accommodation and leads to a beautiful overlook of the Kings River Conservation land. From there, we will begin to depart from our Weekend Retreat feeling restored and rejuvenated!

***Private rooms are not available but all guests will have their own bed. 

***You will need to provide your own transportation to and from, but once registration is complete we will coordinate amongst each other carpool options for those interested.
