During our 3 night stay (2 night option available) we will explore seasonally inspired and deeply replenishing yoga practices including Asana, Mantra, Pranayama, Meditation and sound healing. Welcome Welcome! We will begin this special weekend by checking in to the retreat center between 2 and 3pm. After unpacking and settling in, we will gather for a gentle welcome practice from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Then it will be time to enjoy a group dinner from 5:30 to 6:15. After dinner take time to relax. You might choose to walk the grounds, enjoy your room or book a massage. At 7:15 we will gather for an evening yin practice including guided meditation and accompanied by crystal bowls and mantra. Get ready to drift into a delightful nights sleep.
